Location

Online course (live video teaching via Zoom & material in EduGo (Moodle)). 
To participate, you need a computer/mobile device, internet connection, speakers/headphones, a microphone, and preferably a webcam. You will receive the necessary information and links before the start of the course.

Group

You should have basic knowledge of Finnish (e.g. Finnish for Beginners 1, 30 hours). Level of proficiency A1.

Goal

To improve communication skills.

Contents

The course is a continuation course for Finnish for Beginners 1. Studying Finnish is continued by learning more vocabulary, grammar and communication skills. The course focuses on all fields of language: listening, talking, writing and reading.

The following topics will be covered during the course: partitive, verb types, local cases, word types, consonant change, imperative, telling about home and living, describing character and appearance, and clock and time. In addition to this, many other topics will be studied according to the chapters of the book.
